Can we change initials / numbers / sponsors or sizes?

Unfortunately we are unable to make any changes to the order once the order form has been approved. This is because there is a lot of work involved in art working and printing which takes place in advance of the garments being stitched. Therefore if things are changed late in the process it causes a lot of wastage and delays for not only their production but other customers productions.

Are we able to complete the order quicker than the 5 week deadline?

We can never guarantee being able to complete an order faster than the deadline due to the volume of orders we have going through the factory. However if you let us know it is urgent we will do our best.

Is my order guaranteed to be delivered on the due date?

We do our best to deliver by the target date given on your order form. However we cannot guarantee it will be delivered exactly on that date. As everything we sell is manufactured to order sometimes things can be delayed along the way. We will always inform you ahead of time if there is going to be any delay with your order.

Why do orders take up to 5 weeks to be delivered?

All orders we do are bespoke for your team and made to order. Nothing we design or manufacture is a stock item. We source fabric, apply printing and badges, cut and sew every garment from scratch. We never compromise on quality and everything you receive from Empire Kits is of the highest standard.

Why do I have to approve order forms and sample images?

At Empire Kits, we want to ensure that you get exactly what has been ordered and designed for you. Therefore you will receive an order confirmation that requires your approval after your order has been placed, then approximately 1-2 weeks before your order is due for delivery, you will receive an image of physical sample for your approval. You can then have confidence that the garments that are on the way are 100% correct!

I have changed my mind can I have a refund?

Unfortunately as everything is custom designed and manufactured on a bespoke basis, all items are non-refundable once an order has been placed and approved.
